Value of membership
Strengthen your organization. Strengthen Canada.
Protecting Canada’s sovereignty and national interests begins with informed, capable organizations. As a not-for-profit (NFP) non-governmental organisation (NGO) in Canada, the NSCOESN supports this goal by fostering awareness and strengthening organizational capabilities through collaboration with government partners, international experts, and members of the Centre.
Membership
Membership in the Centre provides a gateway to informed dialogue, specialized expertise, and strategic collaboration on matters affecting Canada’s sovereignty and national security. By joining, your organization becomes part of a trusted network committed to advancing collective readiness and safeguarding critical services.
Members are invited to contribute their perspectives to the Centre’s work, with the option to share insights with the broader community. They gain access to non-public articles, receive an annual invitation to meet with the Centre to discuss unique concerns, and are invited to participate in (or observe) birds-of-a-feather sessions held throughout the year. Members can pose questions directly to the Centre’s leadership, fellows, and researchers, helping to deepen understanding and expand Canada’s security knowledge base.
Through membership, organizations play an active role in spreading awareness, strengthening their own situational awareness, and contributing to the body of national-security expertise. Membership is recognized by the Government of Canada and supports your organization’s role in securing and shaping Canada’s evolving security posture.
By joining the Centre, you strengthen your organization while helping to advance Canada’s collective security. Together, we can build the awareness, insight, and resilience needed to protect what matters most.
