It draws publicly accessible and lawfully obtained signals into a single operational picture, so that theatres receiving little analytical attention, relative to their humanitarian and security consequences, are not lost from view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Analysts in the Observational Research Department work from it to correlate events across sources and trace each observation back to its origin.
